Preparation
The current factory allows us to carry out operations at best, to set up new and safe technologies, to use new and modern equipment for roasting, packaging and storage of the final product, as well as to guarantee maximum hygiene of the work place.
The preparation of the final product is linked to an accurate selection of the raw materials, which is necessary to prepare the blends, to an accurate selection and careful cleaning to eliminate any foreign bodies and to the washing of the raw coffee beans. After these phases, coffee is put back in sack and it reaches our factory where it is stored.
Storage locations are dry, well aired rooms or silos, in order to prevent growth of mould and to avoid that any source of smell, gas, etc, alter the organoleptic properties of the raw material. The delicate roasting phase is carried out by expert staff with the use of two completely automatic roasting machines.
Storage silos and conduits for transportation of roasted coffee beans to the different departments for processing and packaging are completely closed in order to guarantee the hygiene of the final product for consumers.
All processing departments are constantly monitored in order to prevent any type of external infestation.
