The Factory

Our adventure started in 1980, thanks to the will of founding partner Mr Severino Mingardi. The first location was a small 40sqm space in the outskirts of Trieste, in the North-East of Italy, more precisely in the garden of Mr Mingardi and his parents-in-law’s.
At that time all the work was carried out with the sole help of family members. Work started early in the morning to end late in the evening, including on Sundays.
Today, the new locations are more spacious and offer modern and updated machinery and equipment. Severino Mingardi and his family still go to work in the company on a daily bases so that current and future customers can always find the expertise, accuracy and courtesy they deserve.

Location 1
meets all the necessary requirements to grant a functional separation of the processing operations by means of appropriate plants and/or adequate criteria to separate preparation, roasting, packing in beans, packaging and storage operations that may entail microbiological risks.
Furthermore, they enable to maintain a correct hygiene, thus avoiding also cross contamination, during operations, among food products, equipment, materials, water, aeration and staff intervention.

10 April 2006 – opening of the new location in Valle delle Noghere, Via dei Templari 2.
